These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Aillom websites, systems, APIs, integrations, and artificial intelligence services.

1. Provider
The services are provided by AILLOM TECNOLOGIA LTDA, registered under CNPJ 63.784.918/0001-99, located at Avenida Paulista 726, Suite 1202, Bela Vista, Sao Paulo - SP, 01310-910, Brazil.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using Aillom services, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the services.
3. Use of services
Users must use the services lawfully, responsibly, and according to the contracted purpose. It is prohibited to use Aillom for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, discriminatory, invasive, or harmful activity, or in any way that violates third-party rights or compromises platform security or availability.
4. Accounts, credentials, and integrations
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided, for protecting credentials, and for configuring integrations, channels, APIs, providers, and permissions linked to their account. Any use performed with valid credentials may be attributed to the account holder.
5. Content and processed data
Users remain responsible for data, messages, files, prompts, responses, knowledge bases, and other content inserted into or transmitted through the services. Aillom may process such data to operate, secure, audit, and improve the services as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
6. Plans, billing, and availability
Plans, prices, usage limits, features, and commercial conditions may vary according to the applicable subscription or contract. Aillom may adjust, suspend, or limit features in cases of non-payment, abuse, operational risk, maintenance, legal requirement, or violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
Aillom trademarks, software, interfaces, documentation, operating models, text, designs, and related materials are protected by intellectual property rights. No rights are transferred to users except for the limited license required to access the contracted services.
8. Limitation of liability
Aillom works to keep its services secure and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aillom is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, third-party data loss, failures of external providers, or use of services in violation of these Terms.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version will be available on this page with the update date. Continued use of the services after changes means acceptance of the updated version.
